Refund Policy

Your health and safety are our priority. Please review our refund policy regarding supplements and wellness products below.

Damages and Quality Issues

If your order arrives damaged, the seal is broken, or we shipped the wrong item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@vitalcaremarket.com with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product and damage
  • Quantity affected

If approved, we will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the affected items (subject to availability), or
  • Issue a refund for the affected items only

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened supplements or vitamins
  • Personal care items (skin care, hygiene products)
  • Clearance/final sale items

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable except where the error was ours.
